Let’s review how to use the rower (like a boss)
Don’t:
- Press the rower
- Twerk tumble
- Hit the eject button
- Pop wheelies
Do:
- Set the foot adjustment so that the strap crosses the ball of your foot
- Extend your legs with a neutral spine
- Pull the handle to around your sternum
- Bring the handle forward, bending the legs after it crosses the knees
