Let’s review how to use the rower (like a boss)

Don’t:

  • Press the rower
  • Twerk tumble
  • Hit the eject button
  • Pop wheelies

Do:

  • Set the foot adjustment so that the strap crosses the ball of your foot
  • Extend your legs with a neutral spine
  • Pull the handle to around your sternum
  • Bring the handle forward, bending the legs after it crosses the knees
