The hinge is arguably the most important pattern for everyone to learn. The hinge sets us up to RDL, deadlift, swing, clean, bent over row, hit an athletic stance, jump, etc… Unfortunately, it’s also commonly performed incorrectly.
In this week’s video, we present four drills to help dial in your hinge. Now, you don’t need to use all four of them, rather find what works for you, and build on a solid hinge with consistent practice.
