Technique Tuesday: Blocked Knee Hinge with Foam Roller

There’s two really common mistakes that many people make with their hinge: the knees move forward too much and/or the hips don’t move backwards.

Well, coach Kevin Ives has an awesome drill he started using with our BSP family that has connected the dots for a lot of people with the hinge.
