Lean Launch is a TRANSFORMATION program, NOT a weight loss program. While we would expect to see weight loss for most individuals, “recomposition” is absolutely possible. Recomposition is a made-up term for what happens when weight stays about the same, or even increases, but measurements change for the positive. In other words, one could gain some muscle and lose body fat, winding up with results like Maryann’s.

Where to from here?
Lean Launch has prepared the attendees to carry these new habits on with them. Whether they are heading out on their own or continuing with Beyond Strength Performance NOVA, these habits are the solid foundation that lifelong health and fitness can thrive on. This is the beginning. The foundation has been established, and now we can build our “dream home.”
