Flashy Friday: Building the Pistol Squat

You may have noticed that we missed Technique Tuesday this week.  Well, we received our brand new InBody570 on Tuesday (check it out here), so we wound up not doing a post!  But, that’s okay because today we are going to do Flash Friday, with a little Technique Tuesday twist, and it’s on the pistol squat!

So, start building your pistol!

  1. single leg box squat
  2. TRX assisted pistol
  3. kettlebell counterbalance pistol
  4. bodyweight pistol (not in video)
  5. eccentric kettlebell pistol to goblet squat transition (shown with the beast at the end of the video)
  6. kettlebell pistol
