Last night’s fat loss seminar went great! Everyone that came out walked away with a bunch of simple information that yields big results, and they could implement that knowledge immediately to tackle their fat loss goals. But, we did not want the benefit to end there, so have created a recorded webinar that summarizes most of the information that we gave away last night!
As explained at the end of the video, we are launching a new small group training platform, specific to those chasing a fat loss goal! There are only 8 slots available for that program, and they are being filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Here’s a reminder of a few of the details of that program:
- 8 slots available to those chasing a fat loss goal
- Programs will be quasi-individualized (based on each person’s FMS and assessment)
- Each session will cover training and nutrition habit coaching
- We will do quick “check-ups” at the end of each week, alternating through circumference measurements, body fat, and scale weight
- It will run for 12 weeks, from Monday March 2nd to Friday May 22nd
- Times will be 7:30-8:30pm on Monday and Wednesday, and 6:00-7:00pm on Friday
- Cost is $199/month
